Favorite Memory from Barnard?
Oh god, I can’t pick one but I will say that there was this very uneventful day that I was sitting in the Diana eating some pizza (as one does) and it was so funny because every single person who walked by was someone I knew and so I chatted with so many people that day and felt like I really was part of a community. So I guess that or like meeting Mindy Kaling, both were pretty cool.
Biggest Regret of College?
I wish I had gone to more on campus events! I always plan on going to cool lectures or interesting club events and then usually decide to stay home instead. So if I could do it over, I would go to all of them!
Biggest Leap of Faith During College?
(Warning: generic transfer student answer) Probably applying to Barnard in the first place since I was a transfer student. I’m still proud of myself for recognizing that I wasn’t happy at my previous school and working really hard to make my dream of coming to Barnard happen.
What Will You Miss?
Everything. Especially seeing my friends everyday, learning cool shit all the time, and all the free food. Oh and the supportive and wonderful environment that is Barnard. And Diana pizza. Currently contemplating if it’s weird to come back after graduation just for the pizza.
What Won’t You Miss?
Homework, stress, the senior year eye twitch that developed when I started writing my thesis.
Favorite Place On or Off Campus?
On campus WAS Barnard Library (RIP) but now I guess Liz’s place/Diana. Off campus would be City Bakery or the pretty tree lined streets around Greenwich Village that are v quiet and peaceful on Saturday mornings. OR the cool hidden village around 95th st called Pomander Walk.
In 5 Words or Less, What’s Next?
Still working at the Crew 🙂
Midnight Breakfast or Orgo Night?
Midnight breakfast, stock up on food and then take it home and watch the live stream of Orgo Night- so both, I guess.
If you were a Morningside Heights Bar or Restaurant Which Would You Be?
Amigos, no doubt- all about that endless quesadilla/margarita deal.
Who Would Play You in the Biopic of Your Life?
Anna Kendrick or Chelsea Peretti.
